Description

The house is located directly on a secluded, almost private, beautiful cove with crystal clear waters.
There are 2 houses in the bay apart from ours, one of which has been uninhabited for years, the other is rarely occupied. The privacy, the environment and the tranquillity are a given. The beach and the water are 90% for our pleasure.
Our house consists of three apartments, two of which we rent out. The third, lower level is reserved for storage. So the whole house is for guests, no other guests live in the house. Our caretaker, Hrvoje, lives a few kilometres from the house.
